Question to „Valve Pro“-users

Hello & good new year.

How near / close are the Valve Pro-samples recorded? How dry I can get an Valve Pro-Instrument, if not using any intern reverb. Can`t find that in the discription and all the audio examples are reverbed.

There do not seem to be any controls over individual mic positions or blending mics. There are patches for this instrument that seem to be based on either Ribbon or Condenser mics, and that is all I can see. Turning off the FX is easy, and results in dry samples. I can not say how dry they are or what portion is still of the surrounding room etc. Good luck.

There is an "FX" button in the upper right, and maybe you still have some reverb still enabled? I tried turning them off and the samples sound pretty dry to me.

Thanks for your attemp, but you missunderstood me, I don`t own the product.

What means "pretty dry"? Is there any share of room on the samples?

The audio-examples I found are typically reverb, to convince the layman it sounds "great"

I`ve got tons of orchestral-brass and stuff like that, that I don`t use anymore.
