Scratch A6 Timecode not calculating

I have just puchased the A6 however I am thinking about sending it back because I cant get it to work, anyone know why the time code is not calculating?

what version of traktor do you use and what version of time code vinyls, what turntables - how exactly is your setup? Have you followed these steps https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/de/articles/360000509157-Timecode-Steuerung-f%C3%BCr-TRAKTOR-PRO-3-einrichten it's the same for traktor 2 scratch or traktor 3 as far as I know.

Have you selected Scratch Control from the drop down when you click on the small triangle under each deck letter?

If the A6 did not come with the correct timecode for your version of Traktor it will not work.

The questions that Uwe asked are crucial as only people who owned older versions of Traktor can use both MK1 and MK2 timecode with newer versions of Traktor.
