"Download Failed" Macbook M1 Air

The first time I was downloading and installing the Native-Access-App, everything worked as it should and I had no problems at all.

But all of a sudden I just could not update Kontakt and any other programs. Every single time I am trying to update or install an application, a "download failed" Error message pops up. I tried everything. Native Access and the NTKDeamon both have full access to my disk! I even re-updated my Mac to an older version of MacOS but that did not work either.

I don't know what to do. It has been almost two months since I last used Kontakt and all the banks I purchased...

Pleas help me, it's really frustrating! :(

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling Native Access only.

    Be sure you are logged in first.

    And if you don't see the products you had on the reinstalled Native Access, just go to your account and go to the Serial Numbers.

    Then insert those serial numbers to your Native Access to bring them back.

    Hello again,

    First of all, I want to thank you for answering my question and dive a little bit deeper into my problem.

    I tried everything. I uninstalled and reinstalled Native Access right away the first time this problem occurred. But sadly that also didn't help.

    I also checked my preferences to see if there are any abnormalities that may have to do something with the problem. But there weren't any. Everything seemed to be fine.

    The problem I have with Kontakt now is that my Mac somehow is not capable of running Kontakt smoothly, because Kontakt needs to update of course.

    But I can't download the update because my Native Access is broken. This is why I can't use Kontakt and other software.

    Every time I load up Kontakt, it opens perfectly fine but as soon as I am trying to open up an Instrument WITHIN Kontakt, for example the factory library, it freezes and I have to close my DAW wich is extremely frustrating!
