Komplete Audio 6 on Mac OS BigSur 11.7.8 crakcling/crisping sound

Hello, I recently bought the Komplete Audio 6 which arrived just today (Dec,30, 2023) and I plugged on my Macbook pro with Mac OS BigSur 11.7.8. Initially, it seemed to work just fine. However, after a few minutes, a crispy crakcling sound started on my monitors fading out all the sound after a few seconds after starting.

Is there anything known such as incompatibility, defect or something else? It's very frustrating! I can't seem to be able to work for more than 5 minutes before the problem starts. And I need to disconnect the usb cable every time in order to reset the device.

Can someone please help me?

Hello,

have you tried without speakers connected, just with some headphones, also try different core settings higher latency for example. Maybe check here for a firmware update:
