I have maschine studio on 3 old devices that I no longer use iwould like to put the software on new devices hoe can this be acheived.

Also I have a mk2 that was given to me by a friend who went back to japan I dont have his contact number.I would like to register and down the software, how could this be acheived.

How do I reach customer service.

Your Maschine SW license is in your account, just install Native Access, login, and install what you own.

Since you already have a SW license for the M Studio you don't actually need a 2nd license, you can have 100 controllers as long as there is one Maschine 2 software license.

If for some reason you really want the MK2 registered then it has to be your friend transferring it to you, doesn't your friend have any social media to be contacted on? NI can contact the owner if you ask tech support but it's kind of odd that you have zero ways of contacting a friend, it all be way faster if you do it yourself, especially during the holiday season when tech support is slammed with work.
