I am trying to add serial number of my new traktor konteon s2mk3 to native access and it’s showing an error message. I have raised a ticket few days ago and no response till now. How long does it take or what’s the next thing I can do?

Sorry for the late reply, have you solved the issue? Unfortunately there is actually this problem with some accounts, please contact native support, raise a ticket with a proof of purchase. Then they can add it into your account manually.
