Came here because no support for my web order - see that it is a major issue

I accidentally ordered a Machine MK 2 to the wrong address and there is no way to update when I haven't even gotten a proper confirmation of my order? All I have is a charged paypal account and notice of payment. The page on NI says to try to intervene with shipping co, once tracking has been applied?? How do they run this thing with no customer support?
