    Tried it from location Germany. After reaching 10.74 GB it just restarted the download .... and then it shows the known error.

    Still error at 10.74 GB here in Germany, too.

    Tried it 7 times.

    Hope, NI will fix this.

    Opened a support ticket, too.

    Workaround for those struggling with the download:

    Use VPN with location set to Belgium (Thanks, Reefius).

    :) Worked for me ...

    I have tried the workaround with a japanese VPN location. It worked for me too. (Download time about 8h)

    As I suspected, it seems to be a problem with the German download server...

    Same issue here. Tried several times (incl. removing the files/changing file locations) and download stops at 10.74 GB - also from Germany. I guess the error is on NI rather than local machine.

    Download worked fine for me, but The app is crashing an otherwise stable Cubase 13 when using it in the Komplete Kontrol wrapper.

    Have raised a ticket asking about refunds ...

    I am from Germany - but same issues here, cannot download on Windows nor on MAC OS ...breakes at 10,7 GB and then restarts download, but finally ends w/ errors ...

    For me it is working in Cubase 13 Pro and Ableton Live 11 Standard

    Finally resorted to using a VPN. That worked flawless. And works in Ableton 11.

    Auch ich habe das gleiche Problem mit Vocals colors und dem abgebrochenen Download. Alle anderen Downloads funktionierten problemlos. Hoffe nur das die von NI zwischen den Jahren das Problem beheben können.
