When I connect my Mixer S2 MK3 to the PC, all the lights come on as usual, but then the mixer is off. The Traktor 3 Pro software works, but shows me that no controller is connected. The controller has been replaced, so it should work. At the beginning everything worked fine for 2 weeks.

Furthermore, Nativ Access or the Native Account no longer shows me the registration of Traktor 3 pro, although I have the key and have registered the software properly. All other purchased products are displayed.

Would the program work if there were license problems?
