I need addditional help with download of NI products
Hi,
I have tried all the suggestions support offered and still can not get a complete download of all my NI products - Very Frustrated!
If anyone knows where I can find an answer other than the usual support stuff, please let me know. I've had this product for over 2 years and can only use a small portion of it.
Is there a real human I can talk to?

I'm installing on a new iMac my original KK Version 10 plus and upgrade to KK13. I keep getting "Installation Failed:..." (see enclosed). on almost every sound product.
I've completed all the suggested fixes, i.e., "Grant full disk Access", "trash any .iso files", restart computer, etc. Nothing seems to fix the issue.

@TheVideoEditor Have you checked if Private Relay is turned on. That's been found to cause problems. Details here - Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS) – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
