I am currently unable to view my serial numbers on the NI website

There does not appear to be any support for the website at all or a way to inform them of issues.

I am trying to get hold of a serial number for a purchase and that part of the site appears to be down.

Any idea when this will be back up?

This is because of a site upgrade, so it will be come back soon. ...or, they have been hacked :-p

I did try that but the wizard seems to take me around in circles. All fine now anyway.
