Can not get a complete download of product (Download failed)

Hi, I have tried everything suggested to get a complete download of all my NI products. I'm using Native Access to download Komplete 13 on a newer Mac and I keep getting Installation Failed - you need to grant full disk access. I've done that repeatedly and still get a failure. HELP PLEASE
