I bought my mk3 second hand from Reverb and the seller said they couldn't transfer the licence

I already reached out to customer support, and don't know what else to do. Anything I can do to fast-track this process?

    Hallo,

    you've done it right with reaching out to support, you now can only wait. I'm pretty sure native support will sort it out for you, I only can maybe take a bit more time than usual, cause of the sales and christmas.
