Cannot reistall Lores or Playbox

OK, my external hard drive died... all my Native Instruments and everything on it.

I've managed to install everything except 'Lores' and 'Play box' (which of course are two of the instruments I'm using in a project at the moment).

These two instruments do not appear in the 'NI Uninstal Reg Log' (app I installed for Windows) so I cannot get rid of the old ones to reinstall. I've searched the computer to find out where they may be but cannot find them.


Help please

    Try to copy the old ones somewhere like USB or another folder and try again

    If you're on Windows you should be able to uninstall using "Programs and Features" in Control panel. Does that entry not exist ?
