Some instruments won't play when other Kontakt libraries are playing - Reaper

I'm having a bizarre issue with some libraries only being played when they're in solo on Reaper. It's almost like I'm hitting a max polyphony somewhere. I have 16 MIDI tracks all sent to the right channels. Most libraries work fine, but when I load up something rhythmic like Sequis, it simply *will not* play unless I solo that MIDI track. It's so strange and I can't figure out what the issue is.

Anyone here have the same problem or thoughts on how to fix it?

    Try to set your audio channels to Omni, but keep the Midi channels different and separated as you created them, if you meant that.

    By audio channels what do you mean exactly?

    @nickdejohn Is there any automation on these other tracks? Modwheel? That could maybe affect this particular instrument/track?
