Possible Defect? | New Traktor S4 MK3's 'MOVE' Knob Stiff Out of Box

Hi there,

Silly title for this thread but I'm worried I received a defective controller.

I got my Traktor MK3 on December 3rd and noticed the 'Move' knob on the left deck has a bit of resistance compared to the same knob on the right deck. It will turn normally then immediately seize up after turning it a certain amount.

Thinking it would break in, I thought nothing of it but today it has the same resistance and I wonder if I have a dud system.

Has anyone else had this issue with their MK3 out of box? If anyone has any guidance to how to fix this, I'd love to hear it.

I am having the same issue but with the top left 4 knobs (fx section).

Glad I searched and found this quick.

Purchased new last week from BH PHOTO.
