Traktor Kontrol S4 MK1

I have 2 Technics SL1210's and when i plu them into my Kontrol S4 Mk1 the audio from the left turntable is balanced and the the audio from the right turntable is off, as the left channel is louder than the right channel. both turntables have been recently serviced and in mint condition. I have tried plugging the tables into opposite inputs on the kontrolor and then the sound on my left turntable is unbalanced. Can someone please help me how to fix this problem, i am using the latest version of Traktor 3 and my drivers are upto date. Please be kind as im new to the world of digital djing.

    That sounds like the problem is with the turntable.
