Traktor X1 MK3 not recognized by Traktor Pro 3 after firmware upgrade

Hey everyone in the community,

I've just got my hands on the new X1 MK3! I couldn't wait to connect it to Traktor Pro and start mixing. But, here's the twist: right after I hooked it up, the system nudged me to update the firmware to the latest version 0.2.7. I thought, "Sure, why not?" and went ahead with the update.

Guess what? The update went smoothly, or so I thought... Now, my trusty Traktor Pro doesn't seem to recognize my new controller anymore. It's just sitting there, stuck with these three red lines, kind of like it's in limbo. I've tried everything I can think of, but no luck.

I'm reaching out to see if any of you have been in the same boat. Is this a common hiccup, or have I stumbled onto something new? I'd really appreciate any tips or tricks you might have to get me out of this jam.

I would guess that the firmware update went wrong somehow, even if you saw it went through. I would also contact support here: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/categories/360000053697-DJ
