Komplete audio 6 inputs 3/4

Hello everyone, I would like to ask for advice, is it possible to route sounds from input 3/4 to the main output of the sound card without using a DAW on the Komplete Audio 6 sound card? I'm working with mac osx operating system, and in the settings I started mixing inputs and redirecting them, but still no signal is transmitted from input 3/4 to the speakers, Thank you very much.Laco
