You said in the title 'Musescore 4', yet you asked if your keyboards is compatible with Musescore 3?

Nevermind that...

As for the issue, if you have Musescore 4, you need to make sure Musescore recognizes your keyboard.

Go to the Preferences, then I/O, and then go around the Midi section to see if it supports your midi device.

Then click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the Musescore tab and then make sure that the Enable MIDI Input is checked.

The question I ask is precisely what you're describing: does musesscore support midi device S61 MK ?

Well...if S61 MK3 is a MIDI keyboard then yes, it does.

Or if you are not certain, just buy any other MIDI keyboard from any other brand such as Yamaha.
