Komplete sound library can't be loaded in Logic Pro

I saved all my Komplete sound library in my external hard drive. 

Yesterday I updated the library. I discovered that I put the content in my Mac by mistake. So I simply dragged the content from my Mac to the hard drive. After a while it had issues, copying couldn't be done. Then I ejected it and connected it again and it kept blinking. I couldn't find the hard drive. So I repaired it by Disk Utility on my Mac. A message of 'You can still open or copy files on the disk, but you can't save changes to files on the disk. Back up the disk and reformat it as soon as you can.' popped out.

After that I tried to load the sound library in Logic Pro, it failed and only be opened as below:

What should I do?

so the libraries are gone? Then you can only reinstall them.

@Benjamin Sit What happens when you open Kontakt in standalone? How do the libraries show in Native Access? Please use Native Access to relocate your libraries: Moving a Native Instruments Product to Another Location on Your Computer
