After upgrading my PC I can not activate my Komplete 10 as Native Access tells me that the product was already registered.(I will also be installing Komplete Ultimate Upgrade)
I forgot my NI password and resetting does not work.I don't get any emails.I opened a new account with another email.
In my NI account there is a possibility to change my new email to the old one but the problem is that I've already bought new products with the new email.If I ever have a problem with them I will find myself in the same situation as now.
I can not open a ticket because I do not know how I could write everything in 1 sentence only.
