I can not activate my Komplete 10
Hello,
After upgrading my PC I can not activate my Komplete 10 as Native Access tells me that the product was already registered.(I will also be installing Komplete Ultimate Upgrade)
I forgot my NI password and resetting does not work.I don't get any emails.I opened a new account with another email.
In my NI account there is a possibility to change my new email to the old one but the problem is that I've already bought new products with the new email.If I ever have a problem with them I will find myself in the same situation as now.
I can not open a ticket because I do not know how I could write everything in 1 sentence only.

Once registered to correct account then there is no more registering to the account since already registered. Buying on another account when having one already is not advised since it will only serve to create confusion and problems ! Since you have already done it then you need to get over the "I do not know how I could write everything in 1 sentence only" and open a ticket. You could write e.g. Lost access to my old account ! Or whatever you feel like giving as accurate reason as long as you are polite !
