How to change install path?

Good day

I upgraded my hdd to a ssd in my MacBook Pro. The hdd crashed prior and no backups done. All the previous installed item will not allow me to change the location so that I may reinstall on the new ssd. Would someone possibly assist me via AnyDesk as this is urgent to resolve. Much appreciated.

It looks to me as if no of the articles below will be of help and that we will have to call for Mac expert @Jeremy_NI to help you, but in case I misunderstood anything then take a look at the pages linked to below here. Also Jeremy might want to know the exact type and version of your Mac OS and exact type of computer.
