Kontakt 7 - Download Failed

Can someone from Customer Care send a link for Kontakt 7.7.2? I am having the same issue others on here have had with downloading the latest Kontakt 7 version from Native Access. The download link for Kontakt 7.3 provided on another forum worked, but I still can't load many of my instruments because it says my version of Kontakt is too old (screenshot attached), and I am getting the same "download failed" error from Native Access that others were getting (screenshot attached).

I actually bought Kontakt 7 full version to see if that would solve it, but it did not. So if a link is sent, I need the link for the full version, not Kontakt 7 player.

What is the secret to getting Kontakt 7? Native Access is not working. I have been a Komplete user since version 3, but recently it seems that NI has gotten too big for its breaches. If they are competing with Microsoft in terms of "behemoth" status then it appears that they have handily won. Actually, Microsoft is far easier to each and far more helpful... in the one time that I actually needed their help. I purchased a copy of Kontakt 7, now I would really like to be able to us it.
