Hybrid Keys issue

Hello, I'm not sure if I'm in the right place but was wondering if there is a kind soul out there who would be able to help me with a slight issue. Im currently trying to upgrade my computer and sound card as its old and not up to date with current specs. Basically im desperate ot finish a track off and for one part im using Kontakts Hybrid keys " atmosphere " preset. I simply cannot get a clear sound and in places its distorting and popping. I really would like to get this song finished asap.

If anyone would be so kind to help that if i sent you the midi file would you be able to bounce me back a clear undistorted audio wav file ? Its only one midi file so would only take 5 mins. But I'm absolutley stuffed until my computer gets upgraded.

Anyway hope this is allowed and if not please delete.
