    After checking the page code i found what cause the error (though i don't know how this happened suddenly).

    The "Download" button code, redirects to an irrelevant, non-existing link.

    I tried on both my home (Mac) and work (Windows) computers, and downloads are not working for me either. I tried with three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Safari.)

    @Sunborn Good job finding the cause of the issue. I hope it can get remedied soon.

    @Matt_NI , @Jeremy_NI hey guys, this has been going on for some days now with no response from NI!

    Someone linked Nico_NI, but is seems he hasn't been active since January.

    It would be great if there was a better way to directly contact you all... like a list of active NI community leaison somewhere on the homepage!

    Or maybe someone representing NI who checks the Reaktor forum.

    Some sort of response about the User Library would be good too ;-)

    Cheers

    Two days now still not working. Like others, I have tried all possible solutions. Logging in and out. Clearing my browser's cache. Trying several different browsers, pc's and even OS's. Nothing works. Very frustrating. At least I can take comfort in knowing it's not just on my end.

    I concur, it's not working. It does not display a popup to say anything about needing to be logged in first. Wonder if there was some maintenance?

    If it helps anyone else...developers or those looking to download something "right now" - you might be able to workaround looking at the source code of the page.

    It seems like the button for download gets the "#" like @Sunborn mentioned above. (href="#")

    like in this example:

    <script>

    downloadLinks[27099] = '/en/reaktor-community/reaktor-user-library/entry/download/?tx_niuserlib_niuserlib[file]=27099&tx_niuserlib_niuserlib[token]=<redacted>';

    </script>

    Cut and paste the '/en/reaktor-community/reaktor-user-library/entry/download/?tx_niuserlib_niuserlib[file]=27099 " etc after the main native-instruments URL and it worked.

    Hey all, yes, there's an issue with the download buttons in the Reaktor user library, it's already under the radar but we don't have an ETA yet for it to be fixed, trying to get some more info.

    Hi I'd like to download the Microcosmic Hologasm patch by Petty Vendetta but I don't understand how to do the workaround with the source code, would anyone kindly be able to give me the corrected link or show me how? I'm using Safari.

    Thanks

    It does work again now, however I now notice a warning message to the right of the URL that says 'Pop-up blocked' shortly before the actual download link appears, so something is not quite right.
