And I can't get past the opening screen. It powers up and shows the Maschine logo, but that is it. I've searched and am not seeming to find the right manuals. If I can find that, I can hopefully troubleshoot from there.
Are you running the latest version of the Maschine software? Also, are you on a PC or Mac, and what versions of OS etc? Normally the controller will show the Maschine logo when it's powered up then show the UI once you run the Maschine software.

Im on Mac M3 Sonoma 14.1 latest update. I'm trying to download the Maschine software but it is slow going. Thank you for the manual. In the meantime, I'll start going through that.
The native access app is (what seems like) stuck on the Maschine app queued for download.
@bjr Since you're on Sonoma, there was an issue with Native Access. Make sure to update Native Access to it's latest version (3.8.0) anbd you should be good to go.
