Kontakt 6 not activated after crossgrade

I bought a Kontakt 6 (Crossgrade). However, it is not activated after purchase. Only Komplete Start exists in the serial number. I can't get Kontakt 6. Please solve it quickly. Please help, I am a student.

    What product do you own that qualifies you for the cross grade?

    Have you tried simply restarting your Native Access?

    Let us know if Kontakt is still not activated, in this case we'd advise to reach out to our support.

    @soo usually when this happens, it's because you don't own any base licenses in your account that would fulfill a crossgrade. What's your base product when you bought this?
