I bought a Kontakt 6 (Crossgrade). However, it is not activated after purchase. Only Komplete Start exists in the serial number. I can't get Kontakt 6. Please solve it quickly. Please help, I am a student.

Have you tried simply restarting your Native Access?

@soo usually when this happens, it's because you don't own any base licenses in your account that would fulfill a crossgrade. What's your base product when you bought this?
