Hi All
Tried to update firmware for Kontrol S61 and it did not work, .
see below screen shots.
now the keyboard wont even start.
what am I to do ?

@Wacker So, it seems the unit was defective in your case and you should receive a new one soon.
@trooper DO you still need help? Have you tried to contact support?
I used a USB-C Thunderbolt 4 Cable plugged into my Mac Pro then into the USB- Port on the Kontrol S MK3 N. I removed the cable that came with the Keyboard from the factory and used a USB-C Thunderbolt 4 instead. Update was successful. Plug the thunderbolt into the same port that the factory cable is plugged into NOT THE POWER USB-C PORT.
