Using Behringer 2600 with Maschine 2 through Focusrite Scarlett

Hello everyone.

I'm a bit lost right now using my new Behringer 2600 synth.

The thing i want to do is to use my Behringer 2600 with Maschine 2 software connected to my Focusrite Scarlett 4i4.

My Komplete Kontrol MK2 and Maschine MK3 are on the other side of the room and the M32 unfortunately has no midi output so i can't connect it directly to those via midi and audio.

So i connected the midi out of the focusrite audio interface to the midi in of the 2600.

The Audio output of the 2600 is going into the channel 1 of the focusrite.

Now how exactly can i trigger midi from Maschine 2 and/or my komplete kontrol mk2/m32?

this is was some videos on youtube suggested but didn't work.

By the way i have some signal out of the Behringer to the Focusrite itself and the Maschine 2 software does peak a little because of it.

Thank you for any suggestions.

Here are the options i have in input and output:

So you select the MIDI OUT as the Focusrite and make sure the MIDI Channel you selected (1) is also configured on the 2600.

MIDI In should be "Focused" so that you can play the 2600 when you select the Group and Sound.

Audio In should be 1L as you are using the first input.

Sound Output usually goes to "Group" so that you can hear everything through the group. Group Output usually goes to Master.

Thank you so much!! Going with your recommendations and tweaking on the 2600 now i get sound.

I still can use In1-2 LR btw (I think because it's stereo out). I think having nothing changed on the group was the issue.

    Thanks a lot again!
