Shopping cart down?
Two different browsers, cleared cache, logged in/out, No pop up blockers, etc....I cannot place items in shopping cart.

Still the same problem here. Tried different browsers, cleared cache, tried to purchase Komplete 14 upgrade but when signing in it empties The shopping Cart. Any suggestions?

i’m trying to upgrade into Komplete 14 Ultimate from Komplete 10 and I’m qualified to get -50% discount. I’m trying to add items to shopping cart (signed in) and it doesn’t respond. Adding items to shopping cart is possible when logged out but when I try to log in I get a message ”Shopping cart is empty, continue shopping” also ”Oops, something went wrong” messages appear at times making it impossible to buy anything. I’ve tried to purchase with 3 different devices by now. Hopefully this could be fixed asap.

Same Problem here. When iI click "IN DEN WARENKORB" ~"add to cart" nothing happens. The cart remains empty. Sometimes an error page opens.
I try to buy Expansions with my voucher...

Had to make a new NI account and also transfer licenses and it helped. The problem was somehow with my account. Still don’t know what the problem actually was but I’ve been able to make purchases with new ID. Took a while and I was quite frustrated but everything works now.

@MaCeB Thanks for sharing your workaround. I have created a new NI account but it felt bit both risky and cumbersome when I'm at the transfer licenses stage so I dropped it for now. I would prefer to get support from NI to solve it for me but have not figured out how to connect with them. Anyone know/any suggestion on how to proceed?

Same problem here. Can't add traktor pro 3 to cart. Extremely frustrating. Where is the support team?

I am having this issue as well. I was able to place 11 expansion into my cart successfully, but once the 12th expansion went in, the cart appeared empty and i can no longer add any items to it. Cookies cleared, logged out and in, no change in behavior.

This was maybe somehow related to Native Access? After closing that software, my cart was suddenly re-populated with the stuff i had selected before. No idea what happened.

Sorry for digging this up, but was this ever addressed by NI? Currently trying to upgrade Guitar Rig and Kontakt with my discount and nothing is being added to cart. I did make sure Native Access is closed and have tried three different browsers across two different devices and networks.

Please disregard - Servers must have been overloaded.
I tried once more after posting my comment and everything worked fine. First I added Guitar Rig full edition to my cart, and then the cart showed up with the full version of Guitar Rig and the updates I had added beforehand. Not sure if that had anything to do with it, or if it was a coincidence. I removed the full version of Guitar Rig and was able to purchase the two updates I had added earlier that weren't showing up.0
