Guitar Rig 7 Pro is downloaded, and it isn't installed

Hi,

I used Native Access to download Guitar Rig 7 Pro, I click the download option, and it seems is downloading it, even, a message appears, saying it´s installed.

But, again, Guitar Rig 7 Pro it isn't installed, and, the option to download is again available.

I've tried this over and over.

What can I do? What is the problem?

Do you have Guitar Rig 7 icon on the desktop?

No, it doesn't appear on the desktop. Neither when I search it

This is a very odd error. You could try to download the Guitar Rig 7 demo installer here:

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/guitar/guitar-rig-7-pro/downloads/

It's exactly the same installer that Native Access downloads. Does that work for you?
