Thought I would treat myself to Razor as its on a great 50% off deal.
Haven't actually got the chance to try it though as my order has been stuck in a "Under review" status for the past 3 days, with no response from support to messages.
I note that NI have deducted the money from Paypal, but don't seem to be able allow me access to the product I have paid them for.
Looking at the forums it seems to be a common gripe, so I know I am not alone - but come on, 3 days to check the Paypal payment of a long term customer who has made numerous purchases from NI in the past? Not really very impressive...
