i cant find BX_OBERHAUSEN in native access

Hello everyone, yesterday I upgraded from complete select to standard but I can't find the synt BX_OBERHAUSEN in native access? everything else seems to be there? should I contact support?

I presume like other Plugin Alliance products you need to setup a PA account and download it from there using their PA downloader app?
