It shouldn't need to be a case of one getting attention and not the other, even though they have different causes they both seem to indicate something wrong in how KK handles graphics within hosts.

And it’s not just Mac, 144Hz refresh rate on PC monitors is breaking their plugins on Windows, too.

Yes, but several of us reported this in the Beta years ago, it was so long ago in fact we also had a thread discussing the issue on the old forum, which of course was lost and nothing was ever done. I know NI knew about it because it was confirmed that there was an issue in how the plugin reported its GUI size via the host, however now this issue has again been revived in the tickets, that is all the info I have been able to again get on it.

It shouldn't be a case that one issue gets attention over another but my ticket was closed off without me even being notified and of course without being resolved and for anyone using KK in Ableton on Windows with VST3 versions of plugins (seems mac is fine and also VST2 is fine which is what I continue to use), there are issues with the GUI not showing with so many plugins, yet Maschine will open these fine as a plugin in Live.

I agree but how fixable an issue is surely also comes into it? It's not just a question of priorities but also do-ability. It may be simply that the Logic issue is more easily fixed than the Windows/Live one as I am aware the cause is already known and plugins can be adjusted to compensate for the change in how Logic handles plugin Windows? Or it may be that both issues will be fixed soon now it's reopened.

Just updated to KK 3.1.2 to check if it fixes this bug. It doesn't for me. Still getting a corrupted GUI after loading an instrument. This is with Logic 10.8.1 and Sonoma 14.3.1 (23D60). Has anyone read anywhere if NI has a fix in the works for this bug? Is it possible this is actually an Arturia bug?

It's not an Arturia bug as it affects other companies too - it's a known bug caused by a change in Logic so a fix is being worked on

Ok, plain and simple, they either overlooked or ignored it. The tickets were all closed off, ive been sitting here like a numbnuts waiting for some kind of word for years and only after some others raise the issue is still a thing in V3 do I note that yes, it was closed off only to be reopened under an NI employee name again.

Literally no one was listening to issues being reported in V2 for years, that's been pretty evident, but now it means there is no chance we will see it fixed in V2.

Who can look forward to any kind of new functionality in the future when current and past functionality barely even works. I will simply say it again, 2 years this has been an issue. This is why I give up on Beta testing now and also investing my experience anymore on the forums.

This is interesting. Are you saying the corrupted GUI bug has been around for years? I think some others are saying it was introduced by a recent change to Logic.

No the logic issue appears to be a new problem, I am saying there has been a known issue for years with Windows and Ableton that was confirmed but never addressed, still an issue today.
