Hi guys. Does anybody uses Maschine MK3 with a Sennheiser HD650.? Just curious if built-in maschine mk3’s audio interface is powerful enough to drive 300 Ohm headphones. Maybe anybody has such experience?
Never heard such question before... Maschine mk3’s audio interface is powerful enough to drive ANY headphones. As 99,9% of all good interfaces can do too. :-)
The specs just quote a voltage level @ 33 ohms. I'm not a headphone guy, so it doesnt mean much to me, but hopefully it answers your question?
Maximum Output Level 29.4 mW @ 33 Ohm load
It'll drive them, but not as loudly as a lower impedance set of headphones. An interface with a better headphone output will drive them a lot better.
