I'm shocked as you don't get a response to emails.no telephone?does anyone know why?is this normal?I wanted to spend money here but don't feel like I want to be part of this.Ive spent £700 and an email from NI would be nice.
Do not send emails, no one does. Especially during the Cyber Season sales, they are insanely busy.
