s4mk3 dvs problem

So I bought the s4mk3 about a year ago with the intention of going DVS route. I tried a whole month last year trying to figure out how to configure with no luck. So last night I watched the new NI series about mk3 and finally realized where the problem is. When I go to Preferences and select Input Routing Deck A/B are disabled. What am I doing wrong?

Also, can you post a screenshot of the relevant preferences pages (device page, input routing page)?

If you use Mac OS, make sure the Traktor has access to your microphone.

In Audio Setup, try the Device that has (ASIO) at the end.

Everything looks correct.

When searching I found one other person having that problem, they solved it by installing the mk3 asio driver again. But .. weird.

yes , I downloaded the driver again and there it was.
