Can't register Evolve in Native Access

I'm wondering if anyone has an idea why I'm not able to register my copy of Heavyocity Evolve in Native Access? I am able to register my copies of Evolve Mutations 1 & 2 however. It's saying it's already registered, but I can see it in my Heavyocity account.

Don't suggest contacting support, I'm 10 days and 6 messages in and they're still unable to even grasp my question. They're currently saying it's because Evolve isn't a Kontakt library, which it is..

    @Coran Make sure to check your preferences in Native Access and enable Legacy Products.

    I'm also having this problem after upgrading my hard drive so doing a fresh re-install of everything. I have Evolve registered in my NI account with the serial number and it says "download via native access" . It does show in there but I'm unable to download it and I'm already showing legacy products (to be fair it does disappear if I uncheck this). I've also tried it via Heavyocity's download manager but it doesn't show in there at all ...

    I've tried looking in the legacy download area but to no avail
