Kontrol S4 Mk3 defects and replacement

Today I received my brand new S4 Mk3 and have been eagerly awaiting it's arrival (especially as I had planned to stream a DJ set this Friday).

However on unpacking and checking the controller out, I noticed the following issues:

1) Right jog wheel making grinding noise - possible bad bearing/debris trapped under it.

2) Right LED display not working correctly - damaged display artifacting.

3) FX1 knob (2nd from left) very stiff at Min and Max throw - Other knobs transition very smoothly.

The company that I have bought it from are arranging a replacement, but I am fuming that this controller somehow passed QC.

Due to the fact that I was unable to find a seller in the UK (due to stock), I ordered it from Germany; so with the shipping back and forwards its going to be a while before I can actually use one.
