I ordered an X1 like 11 days ago... i have not received it nor have i had anything from NI about shipping the only email i got was like a support email saying they will look into my request lol! yet they tuck the money outa my account the same day... shouldnt my X1 be here by now! after 11 days ? or at least someone have reached out to me from the multiple support messages ive sent in.... ******?
