Add Battery beats to actual tracks

Hi folks

I am using Battery inside of Komplete Kontrol. Dumb questin. How to I actually get these beats over into the tracks in the DAW (in my case reaper)? How do I get the sequence solidified and then actually as a track?

Same as with any other instrument!

You either record while you play, either add the notes manually through the editor, either insert a midi file... either a combination of all the above.

Why or earth you do such thing?

Just load Battery straight in your DAW, it is much easier. :-)

Thanks. The reason was because I was using Komplete to get control of all. But still- the beats- how do they get into the actual tracks. So if I have a song and I add a track and use Battery- how do those beats actually get into th etrack?
