AFAIK, the volume of the previews is only available on the screen of the plug-in, Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol.

I was wondering that as well, I don't recall ever hearing sounds in Kontakt 7? But it is a bit confusing:

KK7 library screen, clicking through presets plays preview sounds, now that I know which volume slider to use, I can hear the sounds.

However, library view in Kontakt 7, even clicking on the same presets, there's no preview sound.

Considering their almost identical appearance and the fact that I'm clicking on the same presets, I think most people would naturally assume there should be audio previews in Kontakt 7?

@TomSynsongs What I'm saying is, the keyboard doesn't have any bearing on whether the preview volume is too low.

It's easy to prove. Is the preview volume OK when the keyboard is not plugged in, or is it still to low?
