Oversensitive control knob - S88 MK3

It looks like one of the control knobs on my S88 MK3 has been out with the lads. Is this something that can be fixed via software, or settings, or am I going to need to return?

I can provide a video - but essentially, the knob is behaving as if I'm touching the top intermittently every second or so.

could you send a video to the support team so that they can determine if it's a hardware or software issue? (Contact them here).

They might ask you to check with a Midi Monitor to see if the keyboard is sending data without being prompted. This article shows you how to do this:

It's definitely not sending any control change information - but once you press a key, it starts to flicker. Will get in touch with the support team - thanks.
