Yea...how? Followed content just lists followed categories

I'm on a phone and don't see the mentioned menu items. I checked preferences and as I said "followed content" does not list my watched threads
My discussions just lists the threads I started
My bookmarks lists only threads I actively bookmarked regardless of whether I posted in them.
I don't want to change how I am notified of threads which get new comments in general
I want to unfollow a single thread that due to my general notification settings is updating my notifications.

I also get constant emails for something very, very old that was answered a dozen times. But since ppl are still commenting there, the system thinks I want the info and emails me. Despite me having set EVERY email to none!
This forum is in dire need of an overhaul for user functions.
