Session Strings Pro 2 stays on Sustain even when I let go of the pedal and I'm not pressing any keys

in Komplete Kontrol

Randomly when I play Session Strings Pro 2 with a sustain pedal, it will keep the sustain on and won't turn off even though I'm not pressing anything. Is there a way to fix this? My sustain is working just fine on my other instruments.

I'm using Ableton and Komplete Kontrol

    Hi @tenthyoung I remember this is a known issue in the previous version of Session Strings. Let me check with the team if it has been fixed.

    This issue has been open for months, so let's do a levelset.

    • What version of Live?
    • What computer, Mac or PC and what version of OS?
    • What controller keyboard? For example, MK2, MK3, or "other"?
    • What version of Komplete Kontrol? 2.9.6 is current for MK1 keyboards, 3.2.1 is current for MK3 keyboards
    • Does this happen when you run Komplete Kontrol standalone?
    • Does it happen when you run KK as a plugin in Live?'
    • Does it happen when you run Session Strings Pro 2 in standalone Kontakt? And what version of Kontakt?
    • What make and model pedal do you use and what port is it plugged into in your controller?
