Hello,
i was wondering if there is a plan to help to get the new mk3 Komplete Kontrol mk3 keyboard by taking back the mk1 soon out of support (no software upgrade at least soon).
thank you
I think with the way macOS makes things obsolete the moment they stop supporting it, many just feel that is how everything works.
KK 2.9 will still be functional and if the current feedback is to go on, will be in steady use for a while yet so likely KK MK1 will still be functional and supported for at least 10 more years anyway (on Windows likely as long as your computer can be switched on).
We don't have such a program right now @Jimmy-Jam. Would be nice tho, kinda like Apple where you can drop off model models for an in-store credit
Sell it on Ebay. Thats what most of us do.
You seem to be confusing "a lack of an upgrade" as "a lack of support".
The MK1 is fully supported under KK 2.94 (and the just announced KK 2.9.5) coming soon - to a MK1/MKII keyboard near you...

Thank you all for your feedbacks and suggestions, yes I was thinking about the “trade in Apple” approach. I will see if I sell it to buy the mk3 or not…
all the best
