how do i put my serial code if its already logged into a other account?

So heres the story, i bought it from one of the previous owners cause the husband died and the wife doesnt know anything about these things and its my first time doing this sort of thing and i need help registering my keyboard to my laptop so i dont know if they could unregeister the previous owner of it so then they can allow me to but i need help cause its already registered

If it’s not possible for the previous owner to ask Native Instruments to ask for a License transfer, your only chance is to contact Support and explain them the situation
