Moving from Windows to Mac. Solution to pathing problems

I've just moved from Windows to Mac. The problem that I'm encountering is many of my Kontakt libraries that aren't copy protected (thus loaded via the browser, not libraries in Native access) can't find their samples because they were batch resaved looking for this path "S:/[library]/samples..." but with the mac should look more like "Samples/[library]/samples..."

Is there a solution to this? I have so many libraries in use this way and track presets saved in cubase looking for a particular path.
