How would I go about redownloading that?
You would remove the old installation of Native Access completely and then you would install the newest version of Native Access that is available for your Mac OS ! (which I can not tell compatibility of) : https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/
Reason why it is missing on your computer at the moment would be a partly failed installation or the file having been removed later on your computer by another program..
Here is one file only „1.12.0.0 Setup PC Log“ dated 24-05-2023
C:\ProgramData\Native Instruments\Installer Log\NTKDaemon
